Ankunft: Normal ab 16Uhr.
Um Ihnen und uns Wartezeiten bei ihrer Ankunft zu ersparen bitte ich sie spätesten 2 Tage vor ihrer Ankunft eine ungefähre Ankunftszeit (+- 30 min) bekannt zu geben in weiterer Folge 30 Minuten vor ihrer Ankunft uns anzurufen (0043 676 700 87 70).

Arrival / Departure
Arrival: Normally from 4 p.m. In order to save you and us waiting times when you arrive, I ask you to let us know an approximate arrival time (+- 30 min) at least 2 days before your arrival and then to call us 30 minutes before your arrival (0043 676 700 87 70). For other times please ask.
Departure: until 10 a.m.

An die Raucher
Zur Vorbeugung der Brandgefahr gilt im ganzen Gebäude absolutes Rauchverbot. Im Garten ist es natürlich erlaubt.
To the smokers
To prevent the risk of fire, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. In the garden it is of course allowed.
Bad
Bitte keine Hygieneprodukte und auch keine Essensreste in der Toilette entsorgen.
Bathroom
Please do not dispose of any hygiene products or leftovers in the toilet.
Hand-, Dusch- und Geschirrtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr und Besteck
werden zur Verfügung gestellt und sind im Preis inkludiert.
Towels, dishcloths and bed linen will be provided and are included in the price.
Buchung per Mail
Der Buchungsvorgang wird per Mail (office@taca.at) getätigt.
Der Aufenthalt ist bei ihrer Ankunft in bar zu bezahlen.
Bei längerem Aufenthalt kann man wöchentlich im Voraus bar bezahlen.
Alle Preise exklusive Ortstaxe von 3,2% (laut MA 6) vom Gesamtpreis.
When booking
The booking process is carried out by email (office@taca.at).
The stay is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
For longer stays you can pay in cash weekly in advance.
All prices exclusive of local tax of 3.2% (according to MA 6) of the total price.
Endreinigung
Bei Buchung ab 3 Nächte wird keine Endreinigung verrechnet.
Bei Buchung bis zu 2 Nächten werden -2 Personen 20 €, -4 Personen 30€, ab 6 Personen 40€ Endreinigung verrechnet.
Final cleaning
When booking 3 nights or more, no final cleaning will be charged. When booking up to 2 nights, -2 people will be charged 20 €, -4 people 30 €, from 6 people 40 € final cleaning.

Each room is equipped with Wifi, Lan and a TV (with over 100 channels).
Internet
W-Lan ist natürlich vorhanden.
Parkplatz
Ein versperrter Parkplatz pro Wohnung gratis auf dem Grundstück.

One locked parking space per apartment free of charge on the property.
